Florida Rule 12.285 Mandatory Disclosure Deadline Calculator

Under Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.285(b), each party in a family law proceeding must serve the required financial affidavit and mandatory disclosure documents upon the other party within 45 days after the service of the initial petition, or at least 10 days before any temporary hearing.
