Administrative Order 2004-05 requires both parents to complete the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course and strictly enforces financial affidavit filing prior to setting hearings.

Mandatory Filing Requirements in Orange County

• Form Selection: Parties with annual gross income under $50,000 must file Form 12.902(b); parties earning $50,000 or greater must file Form 12.902(c).
• Electronic Filing (E-Filing Portal): In compliance with Florida Supreme Court standards, all family law financial affidavits must be filed electronically through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
• Rule 12.285 Compliance: The certificate of compliance (Form 12.932) must be filed with the clerk, while underlying sensitive records are exchanged directly between counsel or self-represented litigants.
• Redaction Obligations: Pursuant to Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. 2.425, social security numbers, bank account numbers, and minor children's names must be redacted before filing in the public docket.
